Ghian Foreman is the president and CEO of the Emerald South Economic Development Collaborative and a managing partner at both Washington Park Development Group and Maktub Development LLC. Previously, he served as the executive director at Greater Southwest Development Corporation and a business development manager in consumer lending at HSBC.
He is the president of the Chicago Police Board, which he has been a member of since 2010. He also serves on the board of directors for Chicago Rehab Network, Chicagoland Owners Land Trust, the Chicago Housing Authority Support Corporation, and the Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission. Ghian has a bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
